Minimum Requirements

Experience in Early Childhood Education – Prior experience working in a preschool, daycare, or similar setting.
DCF 45 Hours Completed – Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) required training hours.
Clean Background Check – A Level 2 background screening is required for all staff.

Preferred Qualifications

CDA Credential (or other advanced credentials)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
CPR & First Aid Certification
